How the dental implant procedure is performed?

Placing The Dental Implant

Subperiosteal implants

Subperiosteal implants refer to dental implants that are made of metal frameworks. The metal framework is normally fixed into the jawbone. The dentist will then attach posts to the metal framework before placing artificial teeth onto the posts.

After Dental Implant Surgery

Dental implants require surgery which demands a series of post-op treatment or follow-ups. While the medication prescribed is meant to work quickly, some discomforts may still persist such as:
